STRATEGIC PLAN

1. Academic Excellence

Goal: To offer a world-class MSc in Data Science and Analytics program that prepares students for success in the field.

Objectives:

• Develop and maintain a rigorous and up-to-date curriculum.
• Recruit and retain outstanding faculty with expertise in data science.
• Establish strong connections with industry to ensure program relevance.
• Maintain a high graduation and job placement rate.

2. Research and Innovation

Goal: To be a center for cutting-edge research and innovation in data science.

Objectives:

• Promote research activities among faculty and students.
• Establish research centers or labs dedicated to data science and analytics.
• Encourage collaboration with industry partners for research projects.
• Publish and present research findings at conferences and journals.

3. Inclusivity and Diversity

Goal: To create an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Objectives:

• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse student body.
• Foster an inclusive culture that respects and values differences.
• Provide support and resources for underrepresented groups in data science.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion efforts.

4. Industry Engagement and Partnerships

Goal: To build strong partnerships with industry for internships, projects, and job placements.
